Originally a small, rural building in stone, it has been transformed into a house of design, suspended above valleys, woods, olive groves and the sea on the horizon. The villa, reconstructed with the original stone, the clean lines of the architecture, the shades of the structure and the vast panorama, help the guest to live the history, the attraction and the legends of this area. The project has been created by a famous archictectural firm, Studio Milani and is inspired by the relationship between contemporary style and the countryside……the stone blends with the transparence of corten steel and glass fittings, Formed by three principal blocks, the villa includes refined design, where the fascination of “rustic” blends with the modern, minimalistic form.
The large fenced in garden, 8.000 sq mt, which surrounds the villa, is full of ornamental plants and has an infitinty swimming pool 7×14 mt, 1.10-1.70 deep, surrounded by a stone carpet, heated on request, with an electric cover to keep the temperature in the night and with an enchanting view over the valley and a Jacuzzi for wellbeing and relaxation. To complete the particular structure, a series of first-class experiences and services offered to the guests, have been created to satisfy all types of requests. The outdoor living area, the pool and the Jacuzzi capture the essence of the surrounding nature. The heart of the building, the living area, has a panoramic dining room which looks out over the pool and the surrounding garden through a magnificient very large stained glass window.The idea of “open-space” living permits the lounge area to open onto the dining area with a large sofa’, modern fireplace and an open kitchen and to live in free spaces to share with friends continuosly, always immersed in a natural special light and also with the outside view that you can see from any corner. The kitchen, fully equipped, has a dishwasher, microwave and electric ovens and a stove with induction hob; a double fridge with icemaker, freezer and canteen. The villa has three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with crystal shower; two on the ground floor with a walk-out into the garden.
The third bedroom with ensuite bathrooms with crystal shower, on the upper floor, a suite, has also a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.
