Villa Girasole is a first class villa with infinity pool, in the heart of the land of the Etruscans and only a few km from the sea and from famous towns, like Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Volterra and S. Gimignano.
The property has been very carefully restored in 2010 in respect of the typical Tuscan traditions. It hosts 20 guests in ensuite bedrooms for a holiday in maximum tranquillity.
There is a private parking area, a covered portico with two large dining tables, a BBQ, play area for children and a splendid heatable pool 12x 6 mtrs depth 150 cm. t0 sum up it is the ideal place to spend pleasant evenings with friends without having to worry about bothering neighbours, perhaps in front of a famous Flrorentine steak of a bottle of Bolgheri DOC.
The villa is also equipped with wi-fi and AC.
The villa is divided into two independent apartments, one for 8 guests and the other for 14. It has a total of 10 bedrooms, each with private bathroom, plus a tower with two beds and a bathroom. The villa has in total 10 bedrooms. The smaller apartment for 8 has two double bedrooms with bathroom on the ground floor, open kitchen, dining area with fire place, plus two double bedrooms with canopies and bathrooms on the first floor. The bigger apartment, 14 people, has 2 double bdrooms with bathroom on the ground floor, lounge room, open kitchen, fire place, dining area and 4 double bedrooms with canopies and bathroom on the first floor. From this apartment one can enter the tower with a double two beds and bathroom. All the areas on the ground floor of the villa and one of the bedrooms in the smaller apartment lead into the garden, which surrounds the house.

POOLS: swimming pools are closed in April and October. They could be sometimes opened and an extra fee will be asked. Preventive just upon request. The eventual heating is always an extra and switch on upon request. We need at least 3 weeks notice prior to arrival date to open or to heat the swimming pools. Services are not availables for last minute bookings ( less then 3 weeks before arrival).
